Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an Application Analyst to support Digital Banking platforms, including Retail Online Banking. You will manage system configurations, provide internal support, and coordinate with IT, vendors, and business lines to deliver enhancements and reliable online services.

The role requires SME knowledge in Retail Online Banking, experience with SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), and strong communication skills. Some travel may be required; a related Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

3-5 years configuration and support experience with banking systems (retail, commercial or treasury management).
Experience with SDLC processes (Agile and Waterfall).
Strong organizational, documentation and follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication across levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage, build and support banking applications, including Retail Online Banking and related platforms.
Collaborate with IT, software vendors and business lines to gather requirements and drive enhancements.
Ensure compliance, risk controls and timely delivery of project releases.
