Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming internet leads, website inquiries, chats, and sales calls.
• Set and confirm appointments with clear expectations for the customer’s visit.
• Coach salespeople on calls, emails, text, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze lead sources and performance.
• Coordinate with management to improve lead quality and campaign results.
