Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Manager within Banking & Capital Markets to lead transformative client engagements and help develop offerings. You will oversee strategy, governance, and technology implementations across regulated financial services, including digital custody and crypto-related solutions.

Role requires extensive digital assets experience in banking/capital markets, strong leadership, and ability to drive complex programs across the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital assets transformation programs, including strategy development and operating model changes.
• Define, implement, or operate digital asset custody solutions and related risk controls.
• Assess use cases in regulated financial institutions and map to business value.
• Support development of digital assets technology offerings and client business development efforts.
