Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Manager within Banking & Capital Markets to lead digital assets transformation, advising on strategy, operating models, and regulatory considerations. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, shape client engagements, and contribute to offerings development across global markets.

Travel up to 80% is expected as you collaborate with clients and delivery teams to drive tech-enabled transformation and new value for our clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating model (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead digital assets transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Select, define, implement or operate digital asset custody solutions or custody models (qualified custody, sub-custody).
• Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions, mapping them to tangible business value.
• Select, implement or operate digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
• Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
