Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Manager within its Banking & Capital Markets practice in the United States. You will lead technology-enabled transformation programs, coordinating strategy, operating models, and delivery across complex client engagements.

You will bring 5+ years in professional services with digital assets experience in banking and capital markets, and you will help shape offerings, drive business development, and manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a professional services firm with engagement management and business development.
• 5+ years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support digital assets transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Select, implement or operate digital asset custody solutions or custody models (qualified custody, sub-custody).
• Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions, mapping them to tangible business value.
• Select, implement or operate digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
• Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Support development of our next generation digital assets technology offerings.
• Support business development to originate new client opportunities.
