Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Senior Manager within Management Consulting to lead and deliver transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology and operations for Banking & Capital Markets clients. The role focuses on developing offerings and delivering consulting projects, while building Trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives.

The position involves leading complex engagements, driving business development, and contributing to next-generation digital assets

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting.
• Minimum of 7 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
• Led complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Developed and managed relationships with C-suite client executives.

Responsibilities

• Industry experience within digital asset adoption, ecosystem, and regulation across financial services verticals and use cases.
• Demonstrated business and technology expertise with digital assets such as stablecoins, tokenized deposits, tokenized securities or cryptocurrency.
• Support digital assets transformation programs–including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Selecting, defining, implementing or operating digital asset custody solutions or custody models (qualified custody, sub-custody).
• Assessing digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions, mapping them to tangible business value.
• Selecting, implementing or operating digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
• Evaluation of differences and tradeoffs among blockchains for regulated financial services use cases.
• Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Support development of our next generation digital assets technology offerings.
• Build your reputation as an industry thought leader and become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients.
