Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Senior Manager within Management Consulting to lead and deliver tech-enabled transformation programs across strategy, technology and operations for banking and capital markets clients. You will work with senior executives to shape offerings, manage engagements, and drive growth.

This role requires deep experience in digital assets, custody, and regulatory considerations, plus proven ability to win new work and build trusted advisor relationships at C-suite

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
• Minimum of 7 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements.
• Designed or assessed operating model, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
• Lead complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Developed and managed relationships with C-suite client executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital asset transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Select, define, implement or operate digital asset custody solutions or custody models.
• Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions, mapping them to tangible business value.
• Select, implement or operate digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
• Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
