Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Manager in the Banking & Capital Markets practice to lead digital asset programs, driving strategy, operating-model changes, and technology implementations for financial services clients. Travel up to 80% may be required as part of client delivery and program leadership.

We expect 5+ years in professional services with substantial digital assets experience, including custody solutions, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating model (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital assets transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Support development of Accenture’s next generation digital assets technology offerings.
• Assist business development to originate new client opportunities.
