Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Manager to help design and deliver transformative programs integrating strategy, technology and operations. You will support the development of offerings and drive consulting engagements for financial services clients.

The role requires deep digital assets expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex programs across regulated environments. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services experience in technology or management consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience with financial services clients.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks in regulated financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs integrating strategy, technology, and operations.
• Support development of digital assets offerings and delivery of consulting projects.
• Manage client buy-in, planning, budgeting, and execution across engagements.
• Develop risk, governance, and operating model frameworks for regulated clients.
• Support business development to originate new client opportunities.
• Travel up to 80% as required.
