Job summary

Accenture in California is seeking a Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Manager to lead the development and delivery of digital asset offerings for financial services clients, with a focus on regulated environments and large-scale transformation programs.

You will guide strategy, operating models, governance, and technology implementations, manage client engagements end-to-end, and help grow Accenture’s digital assets practice across banking and capital markets. Travel up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating model, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead digital assets transformation programs – strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Support development of next generation digital assets technology offerings.
• Support business development to originate new client opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across banking and capital markets to deliver value.
