Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Manager within Banking & Capital Markets to help design, deliver and scale transformational programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations for clients. You will lead efforts across custody, crypto, and digital asset ecosystems, aligning operating models with regulated financial services expectations.

Travel up to 80% is expected as you sponsor business development, shape offerings, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex programs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services or consulting experience in technology or management consulting with broad engagement management and business development.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks in regulated financial services.
• A Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations for clients in banking and capital markets.
• Support development of Accenture's digital assets offerings and delivery of consulting projects.
• Manage client engagements from planning and budgeting to execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior client executives and contribute to business development.
