Job summary

The Lumistella Company is seeking a Creative Asset Manager to establish and lead the asset-management function, focusing on digital assets across Creative, Product Design, and Packaging. You will build governance, workflows, and processes, maintaining Acquia DAM and ensuring assets are current, approved, and easy to locate.

Collaborating with IT, Legal, Licensing, and other teams, you will drive standards for asset organization, metadata, and distribution while tracking licenses and usage

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital asset management or related field.
• Experience building asset-management governance, workflows, and documentation.
• Experience administering enterprise DAM platforms (Acquia DAM/Widen) and Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset-management function and define governance standards.
• Manage Acquia DAM, metadata, tagging, and file structures.
• Support Creative, Product, Marketing with asset access and distribution.
• Track licensing, rights, and approvals; ensure compliance with Legal.
