Job summary

Unrivaled is seeking a Seasonal Archive Coordinator for the 2026-2027 season. The role starts virtually in December and includes onsite activities in Miami through March 2027.

You will safeguard and organize the digital archive, ensuring content is searchable and readily available for production and partnerships. Key focus areas include metadata accuracy, daily content uploads, and efficient distribution of archived assets to internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital asset management or content operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital asset management platforms.
• Familiarity with metadata, file organization, and content management best practices.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Unrivaled’s digital media archive across Shade and Greenfly, ensuring it is organized, searchable, and up to date.
• Ensure all photo and video content is uploaded daily, coordinating with content staff to verify timely uploads.
• Maintain archive organization by enforcing naming conventions, folder structures, metadata standards, and removing duplicates.
• Maintain production tracking documentation linking original footage to published social content.
• Assist internal teams with locating and distributing archived content for media sales, partnerships, and marketing.
• Coordinate with archive technology partners, troubleshoot issues, and support platform access best practices.
