Unrivaled is seeking a Seasonal Player Services Coordinator to support players personally and professionally during the 2026–2027 season in Miami, FL. The role is onsite beginning around November 15, 2026 through approximately March 31, 2027, with responsibilities spanning requests, scheduling, travel, housing, and events.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, discreet, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service for players and their families on and off the court.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to anticipating player needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Empathy and commitment to outstanding service.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the player request process and manage requests across the organization.
• Manage weekly Player Request Form submissions and follow-through.
• Coordinate cross‑department communications and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee all player communication channels (WhatsApp and in-person).
• Serve as liaison between players, coaching staff, and leadership.
• Provide daily briefs on scheduled player activity and distribute schedules.
• Coordinate player appearances, partnerships, content creation, and activations.
• Assist with travel, housing, and logistics for players and staff.
• Onboard and offboard practice players and manage detailed schedules.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling player information.
