Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior Manager for Digital Appliance Order Management within the Sales Enablement Team in Plano, TX. This role leads a team handling the end-to-end order process for refrigerators, washers, ovens, and more, ensuring data integrity in SAP and ERP systems.

You will optimize pricing verification, product availability, and delivery timelines, while implementing policies for modifications and cancellations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP systems, and Sales Portals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong data entry with high accuracy and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strategically manage a team responsible for order receipt, review, and processing for Digital Appliances.
• Oversee data entry accuracy and maintenance of order information in SAP and ERP systems.
• Develop and enforce processes to verify pricing, availability, configurations, and delivery timelines.
• Establish policies for managing modifications, cancellations, and replacements.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to optimize inventory management.
• Design strategies to resolve delivery issues and improve service levels.
• Create reports for selected accounts to track timelines and provide updates to customers.
• Engage high-priority accounts as senior liaison and manage cross-functional communications.
• Drive team development, process improvements, and adherence to standards.
