Job summary

Chase is seeking a Strategy and Execution Manager to accelerate the Digital Analytics agenda. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable operating plans, lead decision-ready forums, and drive disciplined follow-through across the organization.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Analytics, you will align leaders across Digital Product, Technology, Data and Analytics, orchestrate OKRs and business reviews, surface risks, and ensure progress visibility for decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in strategy, operations, chief of staff, or business management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication for executives.
Translate priorities into operating plans with clear outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management with multiple senior leaders.
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate day-to-day work.
High discretion and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to Head of Digital Analytics and leadership.
Establish operating cadence for the organization with forums and prep.
Translate strategic priorities into plans with owners and milestones; manage OKRs.
Draft executive updates and ensure clear line of sight into progress.
Drive recognition and engagement to reinforce priorities.
Coordinate governance, risk, controls, and regulatory readiness.
