Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Digital Analytics Analyst to join the Digital Analytics Team within Customer Experience Analytics at the DFW HQ. You will build dashboards, run recurring reports, and perform ad hoc analyses to drive improvements in customer experience and digital performance.

You will partner with product, technology, and business teams to gather requirements and translate data into actionable insights for executives, while monitoring digital products with tools such as Adobe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of analytical work experience
• Experience using digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Quantum Metric
• Ability to synthesize complex data and present to executives

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses to support business and customer experience initiatives.
• Assist in the monitoring of digital products and platforms through dashboards, scorecards, and alerts using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Azure, ADX, Databricks, and Quantum Metric.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues impacting customer experience and digital performance.
• Support the measurement and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational objectives
• Partner with product, technology, and business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Work with data from multiple sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and digital engagement.
• Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of reporting solutions that support business needs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and technology teams to resolve data issues and support enhancements to analytics capabilities.
