Hi there potential pack member! We're a hungry, young marketing agency looking for the next amazing Digital Advertising Specialist to join our crew. We (MeanPug Digital) are a young digital agency seeking talented individuals to join us as digital advertising specialists. As a full-service agency, you'll wear many hats, working with a diverse set of clients, each with unique needs. Every day will bring new challenges.

What you'll be doing:

1. Building paid search advertising campaigns for clients and internal brands (Google Ads & Bing).
2. Managing and optimizing client Local Service Ads (LSAs).
3. Creating paid social advertising campaigns (Facebook) for clients and internal brands.
4. Managing and optimizing paid search and social budgets, bids, and creative assets.
5. Interfacing with high-level client stakeholders.
6. Requesting content and landing pages from internal teams.
7. Building client performance reports and internal billing reports.

Required Skills:

• 2-5+ years experience with Digital Advertising Platforms (Google, Facebook).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or business management, or relevant work experience with a successful track record.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, ahrefs, SEO principles, call tracking platforms, Salesforce, and client management.
• Marketing or advertising experience in legal services.
• Bonus: having a dog that can come to the office.
