What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage paid search advertising campaigns for clients and internal brands on platforms like Google Ads and Bing
- Optimize client Local Service Ads (LSAs) and paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook
- Manage and optimize budgets, bids, and creative assets for both paid search and paid social campaigns
- Interface with high-level client stakeholders and make requests for content and landing pages from internal teams
- Create and present client performance reports and internal billing reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of experience with digital advertising platforms, primarily Google and/or Facebook
- Proficient in spreadsheets, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or business management, or equivalent work experience in digital marketing or advertising
- Successful track record in digital marketing or advertising
- Strong communication and client management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with ahrefs and understanding of SEO principles
- Experience with call tracking platforms like CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics
- Client-facing account management experience, particularly in legal services
- Bonus points for having a dog to bring to the office
