Job description

Digital Paid-Media/Advertising/PPC Manager - (NO REMOTE) (NO AGENCY)

We are seeking a Full-Time Digital Paid-Media Manager for on-site work in Miami. This role does not accept applications from agencies or social media managers focused on organic content. The ideal candidate will have experience with PAID digital advertising platforms within the E-Commerce vertical.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and optimize paid-media strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google/YT, Bing, Pinterest, Reddit, Amazon, etc.
  2. Manage and optimize campaigns, analyze performance KPIs, and prepare insightful reports.
  3. Coordinate with the E-Commerce team on product feed management and implement retargeting and prospecting campaigns.
  4. Conduct A-B testing, ensure account health, and stay updated with industry best practices.
  5. Maintain relationships with vendors and platform partners.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years’ experience in PPC, SEM, Paid Social, or DTC brands.
  2. Proficiency with FB/IG Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, TikTok, and retargeting platforms.
  3. Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and analytics tools like Google Tag Manager.
  4. Experience with SEO analytics, product data feeds, and certifications like Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
  5. Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

Additional Skills:

  • Creative and analytical mindset, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing trends.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Location: Miami, FL (on-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
