Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a strategic account manager to bridge clinical innovation and digital creative execution in a 12-month contract. You will guide Medical Affairs through omnichannel ecosystems, steering budgets and end-to-end campaigns.

You will lead cross-functional teams across web, email, apps, and ensure timely delivery within regulatory requirements. The role requires 5+ years in agency settings and a degree in Marketing or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic account management experience in advertising, marketing, or digital agency.
• Expertise in delivering digital tactical solutions (websites, email campaigns, interactive assets).
• Proven consultative client leadership, scope development, and fiscal management across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate consultative client relationships with Medical Affairs leaders to translate objectives into omnichannel solutions.
• Lead strategic scoping, financial governance, and vendor burn rates to ensure cost-efficient asset delivery.
• Direct cross-disciplinary project teams across web, email, apps to achieve cohesive multichannel impact.
• Mobilize production teams under regulatory deadlines to deploy market-entry assets for FDA approvals.
• Ensure end-to-end omnichannel campaigns deliver on strategy and market impact.
• Drive integration across digital ecosystems to maximize campaign effectiveness.
