Cella by Randstad Digital in a remote US-based role seeks an experienced content leader to architect and execute a high-growth program that improves organic acquisition. You will partner with the growth marketing team to translate lifecycle messaging into impactful digital assets across channels.

Responsibilities include authoring thought leadership, advancing GEO-focused SEO strategies, collaborating with CRM leads, and designing workflows to repurpose long-form content into channel-ready

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2C content marketing experience.
• Advanced SEO and GEO/AEO mechanics, including keyword clustering and E-E-A-T.
• Proven track record of executing strategic content backlogs and building multi-channel content atomization workflows.
• Writer-first capabilities with self-direction and AI-based quality-control workflows.
