Job summary

EAB, a leading education data and solutions provider, is seeking an Account Executive - Digital for its Hybrid division in Philadelphia, PA. You will lead the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution, partnering with colleges and universities to align enrollment, marketing, and institutional priorities with Hybrid's solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of B2B sales, experience with CRM platforms, and proven ability to present at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Executive, Sales, or a quota-carrying B2B role.
• Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Experience conducting executive-level presentations and consultative sales conversations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, developing strategic client relationships and driving new business growth across Hybrid's higher education portfolio.
• Lead presentations, solution demonstrations, and strategic proposal discussions with executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources to develop compelling proposals and client presentations and guide prospects through the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management within Salesforce, ensuring seamless handoffs between teams.
