Job summary

Concept Arts, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking an Account Director, Digital to lead and grow key client relationships within the Digital & Social department. You will identify new business opportunities, manage client briefs, and ensure work is on strategy and on-brand.

You will partner with the Creative Director and production teams to deliver proposals, budgets and timelines, while nurturing long-term partnerships beyond daily social posts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business initiatives to meet/exceed targets for Digital & Social.
• Bring in a book of business with established relationships with entertainment studios, streamers, or major brands.
• Advocate for clients and act as voice for their projects; understand client positioning, competitive landscape, needs and challenges to deliver creative work.
• Proactively communicate with client, creative, management, and production teams to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to ensure work is on-strategy and on-brand for client and project.
• Prepare proposals and scope of work with budgets and timelines; negotiate at top level with clients.
• Position Concept Arts as a long-term social partner, pushing for AOR and multi-phase engagements.
