Job summary

Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility and opportunities to impact resident well-being.

You will assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, provide education to residents, families, and staff, and ensure CMS and state regulations compliance. Travel between buildings may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• If multi-site RD, valid Driver's License.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
