Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, educate residents and staff, and ensure CMS and state regulations are met.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• State licensure in good standing
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed
• All other duties as assigned
