Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a long-term care community in Miramar Beach, FL. This 16-hour/week role offers a split schedule with 8 hours remote and 8 hours onsite, providing a flexible arrangement and competitive pay.

The consultant will conduct clinical nutrition assessments, document via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR (Registered Dietitian)
• Dietetic licensure required
• Positive attitude and client centered approach
• Good communication skills
• Experience in long-term care is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical nutrition assessments for residents
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete MDS - Section K
• Calculate TF and provide recommendations for wounds and weight changes
