Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to support our long-term care community in Selinsgrove, PA. The role offers 16–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include performing nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care team, and completing MDS - Section K, TF calculations, and wound/weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure required.
• Positive attitude with a client-centered approach.
• Strong communication skills essential.
