Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for the Beverly, MA area. The position provides 16–32 hours per week with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

You will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care plan team. Responsibilities include completing the MDS - Section K, TF calculations, and making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR and licensed as a dietitian.
• Ability to conduct clinical nutrition assessments and document via EMR.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Familiarity with MDS - Section K and TF calculations.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments and document using the Nutrition Care Process in EMR.
