Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Port Charlotte, FL for 24-32 hours per week. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

The role includes completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team to support long-term care residents.

Qualifications

• CDR-credentialed dietitian
• Current dietetic licensure
• Strong communication skills || must be able to interact effectively with patients and team members

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete the MDS - Section K
• Calculate TF
• Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
