Job summary

Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and provide education to residents and staff, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance where required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
