Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with staff and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
• If multi-site RD, must have a valid Driver's License.
• RD-Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs and as desired.
• All other duties as assigned.
