Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote resident health and well-being.
Mondays through Fridays with flexible schedules, opportunities for coverage across multiple buildings, and benefits such as free telemedicine, prescription discount programs, daily pay, financial wellness support, hands-on training, and career development.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
- State licensure in good standing.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work with CMS/state regulations and nutrition care standards.
- Driver's license if multi-site responsibilities apply.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
