Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Plano, TX for 8 hours per week. The role focuses on clinical nutrition assessments and care planning within our long-term care community.

As a part-time consultant, you will document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the care plan team, complete MDS - Section K, calculate TF, and provide wound and weight-change recommendations. Flexible schedule and competitive pay offered.

• Must be credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure required.
