Job summary

You will conduct clinical nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the care plan team, complete MDS - Section K, and offer wound and weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed Registered Dietitian.
• Dietitian licensure in NC.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
