Excel Care Newark is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team and oversee personalized nutrition plans for residents in a long-term care setting.

You will work with nursing staff and providers to maintain dietary regulations and support resident health and quality of life, including enteral nutrition and MDS 3.0 processes. This on-site role emphasizes compassionate care and adherence to DOH/state standards.

Formación

• Experience in long-term care nutrition
• Familiarity with MDS 3.0 and regulatory guidelines
• Strong communication with residents and families

As a Registered Dietitian with Excel Care Newark, you will work closely with residents, nursing staff, and healthcare providers to develop and oversee personalized nutrition plans that support resident health, wellness, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is passionate about geriatric care, understands dietary regulations within long-term care, and is committed to providing excellent nutritional support to our residents.
