Excelcare Lewes is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in Lewes, DE. You will work closely with residents, nursing staff, and healthcare providers to develop and oversee personalized nutrition plans that support health and quality of life.

The ideal candidate has a passion for geriatric care, understands long-term care regulations, and is committed to providing excellent nutritional support to residents.

Qualificações

• Experience with long-term care nutrition.
• Experience with MDS 3.0.
• Familiarity with state survey process and nutrition regulations.
• Must be able to work on site.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments.
• Participate in care planning meetings as required.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family.
• Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards.
• Perform duties independently without training or direction.
