Job summary

ExcelCare At Egg Harbor is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead personalized nutrition plans for geriatric residents in a long-term care setting. The role involves collaboration with nursing staff and healthcare providers to optimize health, wellness, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include nutritional assessments, care-planning participation, and resident/family counseling while ensuring compliance with DOH/state/federal requirements. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• High comfort level with enteral nutrition.
• At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about geriatric care, understands dietary regulations within long-term care, and is committed to providing excellent nutritional support to our residents.
