This full-time on-site position requires an Associate degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and 1-3 years' experience; salary range $28.57–$30.64 per hour plus Northwell benefits.
Assists in screening patients at nutritional risk. Under supervision, modifies daily menus in accordance with patient’s diet prescription, implements nutrition care plan, and provides consultation to patient and family as directed. Documents patient’s nutritional screening/assessment information.
Associates Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, required.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
