McGregor PACE in Brooklyn, OH is seeking a Dietetic Technician / Nutrition Associate to join the Nutrition Services team at our East Cleveland location. You’ll work with a Registered Dietitian and care teams to support nutrition screening, follow-up, education, and care coordination for older adults.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with older adults or frail/medically complex populations preferred.
• ACEND-accredited pathways for Dietetic Technician or ACEND Didactic Program in Nutrition and Dietetics completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition screening, follow-up, education, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to support nutrition needs.
