McGregor PACE in Brooklyn, OH is seeking a Dietetic Technician / Nutrition Associate to join our Nutrition Services team. You will work with a Registered Dietitian to support the nutritional needs of program participants, performing screening, follow-up, education, and care coordination.

This full-time role is weekdays with a day shift and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plan and PTO.

Qualifications

DTR/NDTR credential with Associate’s degree or higher qualification in Dietetics.
ACEND- accredited Didactic Program in Nutrition and Dietetics with a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

Perform nutrition screening for participants.
Provide follow-up and education under supervision of a Registered Dietitian.
Coordinate nutrition care and services for participants.
Support care coordination and connect participants with nutrition resources.
Work with interdisciplinary care team to support health goals.
