Job summary

McGregor PACE in Brooklyn, OH seeks a Dietetic Technician / Nutrition Associate to join our Nutrition Services team. This full-time, day-shift role supports older adults' nutrition, health, and independence under supervision of a Registered Dietitian.

You’ll conduct nutrition screening, provide education, assist with care coordination, and connect participants with community resources as part of an interdisciplinary team at our Brooklyn site.

Qualifications

• Dietetic Technician registered or NDTR with associate degree and ACEND-accredited program.
• Bachelor’s degree with ACEND-accredited Didactic Program in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Minimum of one year of experience with older adults or frail/medically complex populations.
• Community-based or interdisciplinary care setting experience preferred.
• Current Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach and interest in supporting older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition screening and follow-up under supervision of the Registered Dietitian.
• Deliver nutrition education and care coordination for participants.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to meet health goals.
• Support nutrition services at PACE center and in the community.
• Assist with program activities and participant outreach.
