Job summary

McGregor PACE is seeking a Dietetic Technician / Nutrition Associate to support nutrition services for older adults under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian. The role combines nutrition screening, follow-up, education, and care coordination to advance participants’ health and well-being.

The candidate will work within an interdisciplinary team, with opportunities to connect participants to community resources and provide care across center, clinic, and home-based settings.

Qualifications

• ACEND-accredited program completion and required credential.
• Minimum of one year experience with older adults or frail/medically complex population.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach and genuine interest in supporting older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition screening, follow-up, education, and care coordination under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian.
• Support nutrition services and care coordination to help participants achieve health goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and connect participants with nutrition resources.
• Assist with nutrition services in various settings including center, clinic, and home-based activities.
