Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Sous Chef/Dietary Supervisor Assistant to join our team. The role reports to the Director of Dietary Services and supports dietary operations in the facility.

Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating meals, and communicating with medical staff. Education includes a high school diploma or GED, with CDM certification preferred but not required. Daily Pay is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDM certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure compliance with regulations, schedules, and meal times.
• Communicate effectively with medical/nursing staff and other department supervisors.
• Handle interactions with residents and family members in a professional manner.
