Advanced Health Care of Nashville is seeking a dedicated Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our dietary department. You will oversee meal planning, nutrition compliance, and dining operations to support residents’ health and recovery.

In this on-site leadership role, you will supervise staff, collaborate with nursing and clinical teams, and ensure adherence to state and federal dietary regulations while managing purchasing and cost controls. Weekdays with some on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years healthcare or hospital culinary experience (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations.

About the Role

Advanced Health Care of Nashville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our skilled nursing team. In this leadership position, you’ll oversee dietary operations to ensure that our residents and patients receive nutritious, high-quality meals that support their health and recovery.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong background in healthcare or hospital culinary services who is passionate about providing excellent dining experiences in a clinical setting.

Schedule: Full-Time, Weekdays (M-F), Weekends, On-Call, 8AM - 4:30PM
