Shift: Full-Time | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Salary: $25–$27 per hour
Atrium Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced and motivated Dietary Supervisor to lead our Food Services Department. Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising all Food Services Department operations
Coordinate dietary services with Nursing, Environmental, Activities, and Social Services departments
Supervise dietary staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
Prepare staff schedules and ensure full coverage for all shifts
Ensure meals are prepared and served on time in accordance with approved menus
Oversee menu updates, diet changes, new admissions, and meal ticket accuracy
Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports related to food service operations
Monitor sanitation practices in food storage, preparation, and service areas
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including participation in facility surveys
Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain adequate supply levels
Assist in developing cost control measures and inventory procedures
Report accidents and incidents in a timely manner
Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare facility (nursing home experience required)
Strong knowledge of food service management, diet therapy, and cost control
Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with healthcare dietary regulations and safety standards
