Job summary

New Vanderbilt Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced PRN Dietary Supervisor to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will oversee daily nutritional services, ensure a clean and sanitary dining area, and contribute to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include planning menus, controlling food costs, supervising food prep, and maintaining inventory. Must have NY food handler license and prior long-term care experience; strong customer
