Heritage Manor Care in Menifee, CA, is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor to lead the Food Services team full-time. You will oversee dietary planning, training, and coordinated services with Nursing and other departments.

• Provide written and oral reports/recommendations to the Dietitian and Administrator as necessary.
• Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing services.

We are looking for an experience Dietary Supervisor - Full Time.

As Supervisor of Food Services, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Development of and participate in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of timely in-service training classes that provide instructions on “how to do the job,” and that ensure a well-educated Food Services Department.
• Coordinating food services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Nursing, Environmental, Activity and Social Services, etc.).
• Written and oral reports/recommendations to the Dietitian and/or Administrator as necessary/required concerning the operation of the Food Services Department.
• Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing services.

• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Be able to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Communicate effectively.
• 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Requires knowledge of special diets.
