Mission Nursing Home (MNH) in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead the Dietary Department and oversee daily operations onsite. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, ensure resident-centered dining, and assist with regulatory compliance under the Director of Dietary.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and prior dietary or food service supervision in senior living or related settings.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Experience in dietary/food service operations in a skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living environment is preferred.
• Ability to supervise employees, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, and exercise independent judgment.

• Monitor budget awareness and procure supplies and equipment.
• Ensure high-quality resident-centered dining services.
