Maple Grove Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee daily operations of the foodservice department in a healthcare setting. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice management is a plus.
• Previous managerial experience is required.
• Healthcare foodservice experience preferred.
• Able to lift over 50 lbs. and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, evaluate, reward, discipline staff.
• Develop job descriptions and duties for foodservice personnel.
• Develop work schedules to cover each shift.
• Create budgets for a cost-effective program.
• Manage revenue-generating services.
• Use forecasts, inventory, and equipment records to plan purchases.
• Coordinate with clients, facility staff, physicians, vendors, and other providers.
• Ensure standards for food preparation and serving.
